Bereavement/Grief Support Deacon David Osman, 527-2021
Support for the bereaved: individually or in groups which meet for education, prayer and sharing, to help each other in the process of grief and adjustment following the death of a loved one.

Activities to help boys make right life choices emphasizing the importance of God and the church in their lives. Cub Scouts include grades 1st through 5th; Boy Scouts, 6th grade or ages 11 and above.      more info

Children's Liturgy of the Word Denise Winters, 272-6572
Parent volunteers read and discuss the gospel at the children's level of understanding during part of the 9:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday.

Provides interpreting for parishioners who are deaf or hearing-impaired at the 9:30 a.m. Sunday Mass and as requested.

The DDD provides over 50% of the annual operating funds for the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City to care for the pastoral needs of Utah families, their children and the many others who seek our help.       more info

In case of a civil emergency, St. Vincent's has been designated as a community gathering place.
Eucharistic Adoration and Rosary Ildiko Haycock, 273-1900
Parishioners commit to one hour for adoration weekly in the Euchartistic Adoration Chapel between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The Rosary is recited in church at 8:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday. All are invited.

Donated meals are served at the funeral location or delivered to the home of the bereaved. Monetary donations are gratefully accepted at any time to assist with this ministry.

Girl scouting is for every girl, ages 5 - 17.

Parishioners age 55+ meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month for socializing and spiritual growth, potluck luncheons, Mass or prayer service.

Visits the sick and elderly. Eucharist is made available through Communion Ministers to the sick. Transportation to Mass is also provided to those who need it.

Meets monthly on the 2nd Monday at 7:30pm to sponsor or organize events such as coffees, picnics, and dinners, to create a welcoming environment where parishioners can meet and socialize.

Provides and facilitates health education counseling and promotion; flu and pneumonia shots; cholesterol testing; mammography and diabetes screening; nutrition, CPR and baby-sitting classes; visits to homebound and terminally ill.

Pre-school through 8th grade. Certified volunteer instructors assist students in developing an awareness of the presence of God through the sacraments, liturgies, and church history.
Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) Sue McCord, 527-2037
A process designed for people who wish to become Catholics. Instructors are adult catechists; volunteers sponsor candidates.
Scripture Faith-Sharing Groups Roberto Elorreaga, 268-3476
Groups of adult Catholics meet in homes to study the scripture, share how to apply it to their lives, and build community within our parish.
